We track every flight in real time. If your arrival is delayed, we automatically adjust your driver's schedule at no extra cost. You don't need to call or notify us—we'll know before you do.

We include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your plane touches down. This gives you plenty of time to get through passport control, collect your bags, and find your driver. After 60 minutes, additional waiting is charged at €10 per 30 minutes.

For arrivals, your driver waits just outside the customs exit holding a sign with your name. At smaller airports like Mostar and Tivat, they'll be right at the terminal door. We also send you the driver's photo and phone number before your flight.

Absolutely. Departure transfers work the same way—just enter your hotel or apartment address as pickup, and the airport as your destination. Your driver will arrive at the agreed time, help with luggage, and drive you directly to the departures terminal.

Yes, child seats and booster seats are available free of charge on request. Just mention the age and number of children when you book, and we'll have the right seats installed and ready.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or flight arrival. No deposit required at booking. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, we'll refund or reschedule at no charge.
