Međugorje

Stolac & Radimlja
One of Bosnia’s oldest settlements with a hilltop fortress, Ottoman-era houses, and the mysterious Radimlja necropolis — medieval tombstones (stećci) that are UNESCO-listed. Almost no tourists. Combine with Počitelj for a full day.

Trebinje
Herzegovina’s sunniest and most relaxed town. Plane trees, wine cellars, the beautiful Arslanagić Bridge, and the hilltop Hercegovačka Gračanica monastery. Stop at a local winery for Vranac and Žilavka tasting on the way.

Neum & the Coast
