1. About Us

Easy Balkan Transfers ("we", "us", "our") is a brand of Moj Avanturistički Turizam d.o.o., a travel agency registered and licensed in Bosnia and Herzegovina (court registry Tt-O-148/09, JIB 4227625590000), operating since 2009. We provide private transfer services across Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Serbia, Slovenia, North Macedonia and Kosovo. 2. The Service

When you book through easybalkantransfers.com:

• We assign one of our professional, English-speaking drivers and a vehicle from our fleet to your journey.
• We carry the booking under our travel-agency licence and our professional liability insurance.
• We are your single point of contact — before, during, and after the transfer.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Submitting a booking request or quote request does not by itself create a confirmed booking. We first check availability, the vehicle and the operational details of your journey.
• You then receive a written quote or booking confirmation. Your booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and any stated deposit or payment requirement has been met.
• You will receive your driver's contact details before your scheduled pickup.

4. Prices

• Prices shown on the website, including route cards and route pages, are indicative “from” prices.
• Your final price depends on the date, availability, exact pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle type, number of passengers, luggage, optional stops and any special requirements, and is confirmed in your written quote or booking confirmation.
• Once confirmed, the price is fixed for the agreed service. It changes only if you change the booking details or request additional services.
• There are no hidden fees beyond the confirmed quote. All prices are displayed in EUR.
• Optional stops can be added to many routes. Short photo stops may be included where operationally possible, while longer sightseeing stops or route deviations may involve an additional charge. Any additional cost is confirmed in advance.

5. Payment

• Where advance payment or a deposit is required, payment instructions are provided separately with your quote or booking confirmation.
• Depending on the booking, payment may be made through a secure payment link, by card or in cash, as stated in your quote or booking confirmation. Payments are made to the registered legal entity (Moj Avanturistički Turizam d.o.o.).
• We do not store your card details.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time — full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
• If we are unable to deliver the booked service, you receive a full refund.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup details (address, flight number, phone number).
• Declare the actual number of passengers and the amount and size of your luggage when booking.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time, and let us know as soon as possible if you are delayed.
• Comply with local traffic laws, including seatbelt use.

8. Travel Documents & Border Crossings

• You are responsible for carrying a valid passport or ID card, any required visas, any documents required for minors, and for meeting the entry and transit requirements of every country on your route.
• We are responsible for the operator-side documents: transport licences, vehicle registration and the paperwork our driver needs at the border.
• We cannot guarantee entry into any country or the duration of a border crossing — border queues and controls are outside our control.

9. Luggage

• Vehicles are assigned based on the declared number of passengers and luggage.
• Undeclared or oversized luggage may require a larger or an additional vehicle and may involve an additional charge; where possible, any such charge is confirmed before the transfer proceeds.
• The safe capacity of the vehicle must not be exceeded.

10. Vehicles & Substitution

We may provide the booked vehicle or a similar vehicle of an equivalent category and capacity. A specific make or model is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

11. Waiting Times & Flight Delays

• City pickups include up to 15 minutes of free waiting time.
• Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after the actual landing time. We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time for reported flight delays.
• Additional waiting beyond the included time depends on the driver’s availability and may involve an additional charge.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you are delayed on the way to your pickup.

12. Liability

• Easy Balkan Transfers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, border crossings, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Our vehicles carry the passenger-transport insurance required by Bosnia and Herzegovina law, in addition to the agency’s professional liability insurance (Central Osiguranje, policy 1115544568554).
• Our overall liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

13. Privacy

We collect only the data necessary to fulfil your booking (name, email, phone, pickup/dropoff details). The data is held by Moj Avanturistički Turizam d.o.o. and accessed only by the assigned driver and our dispatch team for the sole purpose of completing your transfer. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on easybalkantransfers.com — including text, images, design, and code — is the property of Moj Avanturistički Turizam d.o.o. and may not be reproduced without permission.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mostar.
