1. About Us

Easy Balkan Transfers ("we", "us", "our") is a brand of Moj Avanturistički Turizam d.o.o., a travel agency registered and licensed in Bosnia and Herzegovina (court registry Tt-O-148/09, JIB 4227625590000), operating since 2009. We provide private transfer services directly — with our own drivers and our own contracted vehicles — across Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Serbia, Slovenia, North Macedonia and Kosovo. 2. The Service

When you book through easybalkantransfers.com:

• We assign one of our professional, English-speaking drivers and a vehicle from our fleet to your journey.
• We carry the booking under our travel-agency licence and our professional liability insurance.
• We are your single point of contact — before, during, and after the transfer.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your driver's details before your transfer.
• Prices shown on the website are fixed for the route and vehicle category. Final price is confirmed in the booking quote based on your specific requirements (route, vehicle type, number of passengers, optional stops).

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time — full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
• If we are unable to deliver the booked service, you receive a full refund.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup details (address, flight number, phone number).
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time. Our drivers wait up to 15 minutes for city pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups (timed from flight landing).
• Comply with local traffic laws, including seatbelt use.

6. Liability

• Easy Balkan Transfers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, border crossings, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Our vehicles carry the passenger-transport insurance required by Bosnia and Herzegovina law, in addition to the agency’s professional liability insurance (Central Osiguranje, policy 1115544568554).
• Our overall liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

7. Payment

• Payments are processed securely online at the time of booking, against the registered legal entity (Moj Avanturistički Turizam d.o.o.).
• All prices are displayed in EUR.
• Cash payment to the driver is available on select routes (indicated during booking).

8. Privacy

We collect only the data necessary to fulfil your booking (name, email, phone, pickup/dropoff details). The data is held by Moj Avanturistički Turizam d.o.o. and accessed only by the assigned driver and our dispatch team for the sole purpose of completing your transfer. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on easybalkantransfers.com — including text, images, design, and code — is the property of Moj Avanturistički Turizam d.o.o. and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mostar.
