The Route
Split → Mostar → Sarajevo → Dubrovnik → Kotor. Start on the Croatian coast, dip into Bosnia, come back for Dubrovnik, finish in Montenegro. Five cities, three countries, ten days.
Day 1–2: Split
Arrive and explore. Diocletian’s Palace basement halls, Riva waterfront, Marjan Hill hike. Day 2: half-day trip to Trogir (30 min) or ferry to Hvar.

Day 3–4: Split → Mostar
Transfer with optional stop at Kravica Waterfalls. Two nights in Mostar gives you time to see everything properly. Day 3: Stari Most, Old Town, cevapi. Day 4: morning trip to Počitelj, Blagaj Tekija, and the Burek Masterclass cooking experience (€45/person).
