Book Tivat → Podgorica →Podgorica to Tivat is eighty-three kilometres and about an hour and three quarters, from the capital on the Zeta plain to the Bay of Kotor. A good share of these bookings are airport to airport — TGD to TIV — where a connection is easier by road than by air.
The route goes south past Skadar Lake, through the four-kilometre Sozina tunnel under the coastal range, and reaches the sea at Sutomore. From there it is the coast road north through Petrovac, Sveti Stefan and Budva into Tivat. The Sozina toll is included in your fare.
Two stops fit without much detour. Virpazar sits at the northern end of Skadar Lake and is where the lake boats depart; Sveti Stefan is on the coast road and the viewpoint stop above it costs nothing. Either can be built in if you tell us at booking.
In Tivat the usual drop-offs are the airport, Porto Montenegro and the hotels along the waterfront. Kotor is another fifteen minutes through the Vrmac tunnel if you are continuing.
