From Mostar’s Old Bridge, reach Dubrovnik in 2h30, Split in 2h40, Sarajevo in 2h — or Kotor in under 4 hours. One car, one local driver, borders handled door-to-door.
Mostar sits at the crossroads of three countries — Croatia to the west, Montenegro to the southeast, and deeper Bosnia to the north. This central position makes it an ideal transfer hub, but public transport doesn't reflect the geography. Buses to Dubrovnik run twice daily and skip the best stops. There's one daily bus to Sarajevo. Montenegro connections are almost non-existent.
Most visitors arrive in Mostar as a day-trip stop between Dubrovnik and Sarajevo, which is fine but barely scratches the surface. Herzegovina — the wider region around Mostar — has Kravica Waterfalls, the Počitelj fortress village, Blagaj's Dervish monastery, family wineries in Čitluk, and the ancient Radimlja tombstones. None of these are accessible by public transport.
Our transfers from Mostar connect to every major destination on the Dalmatian coast and across Bosnia. The most popular route is Mostar to Dubrovnik with stops, but we also cover Split, Sarajevo, Kotor, and long-distance routes to Zagreb and Belgrade. Every cross-border route includes border assistance — your driver handles everything.
